Hello, hello!
Eu preciso de uma semana sรณ para comeรงar a me sentir de fรฉrias, e outra para me recuperar delas.โ Ela respondeu: โMas eu tambรฉm.โ
Eu entendo. Talvez todas nรณs. Talvez todas precisemos desse tempo.
A quote
Bad things are always happening loudly: the injury, the flat tire, the mistake that gets you criticized. Everybody talks about the moments that make things a hassle.
Good things are always happening quietly: the completed workout, the healthy meal, the ten minutes of writing. Nobody talks about the little moments that add up.

A lesson
Supercharge Your Memory with Spaced Repetition
Have you ever found yourself learning something new, only to forget it soon after? What if there was an easy way to make sure that didnโt happen again? There is: Spaced repetition!
Based on the work of Hermann Ebbinghaus, the idea is simple: we forget things over time, but if we review them right before we forget, we can lock them into our long-term memory. Tools like Anki and Quizlet use this concept to create personalized learning "levels" that keep track of your progress.
But how can you apply spaced repetition to your own learning journey? Iโve created a few gamified ways to inspire you.
๐ฎ 1. The 24-Hour Challenge
Mission: Review new material (vocabulary, phrases, or grammar points) within 24 hours of first learning it.
Bonus Level: Try reviewing using a different method (for example writing it down, saying it aloud).
Extra: Use small โpockets of timeโ during the day (remember those moments you need a break and scroll on Instagram or another social media? Experiment using short moments to revise during your day)
๐ฏ 2. The 7-Day Check-In Quest
Mission: After your 24-hour review, revisit the same material one week later.
Level-Up: Time yourself! Can you recall the material faster than last time?
Extra: Write or say 3 sentences using the new material.
๐ก 3. The Rule of Three
Mission: Use each new word or phrase in three different contexts (for example a sentence, a conversation, or a writing exercise) within a week.
Challenge: Use the word in a conversation with someone.
Extra: Record your sentences, and listen back to improve.

Tambรฉm tenho a sensaรงรฃo de que, se nรฃo for correndo, nรฃo dรก tempo de fazer nada. Ironicamente, eu poderia apostar justamente o contrรกrio: se fizermos as coisas com calma e presenรงa, conseguiremos fazer muito mais. O desafio รฉ convencer nossa cabecinha ansiosa a colocar isso em prรกtica haha.
